Quick Fruit Cobbler

So Simple Yet So Delicious!!

5 cups sliced Fresh Erickson Ranch Peaches
1 cup flour (white or wheat)
1 C sugar or 1/2 cup Splenda
1 beaten egg , 1/2 tsp salt
4 tablespoons melted butter

Place peaches in a deep baking dish. Mix dry ingredients, then add beaten egg. Mix with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Pour melted butter over crumb mixture. Bake at 375 for 35 to 45 minutes or until crusty and brown.
