		<description>The last of your peaches from last season went into the oven this a.m. as pies to take to a &quot;slow-food&quot; cooking class.  3 pies, It almost killed me to share them, but the new season is almost here, can&#039;t wait.  They are smelling delish and so peachy, I&#039;ll be proud and happy to share with the group the location of your farm.  I so appreciate your hard work to bring good fresh food to us.

The recipe is:
2 1/2 cups lemon juice
6 cups of sugar 
1 bottle of liquid fruit pectin
Heat juice and sugar to boiling.  Add pectin and boil hard for 1 min.  Remove from heat and skim.  Can in hot jars with hot lids.  Cool until sealed.
