Change is inevitable and when you run a small business you have to be able to run with it and sometimes jump at it. We’ve jumped on the jam train the last several years and it has been good to us. We are finding ourselves at numerous events for jam tasting and our online sales have been productive as well. We are excited to say that jam has been so good to us that it’s allowing us to take some of the harder work of running Erickson Ranch and set it aside. With that said, our fruit stand will no longer be open for business beginning the summer of 2018. The stand has brought us many happy moments and many wonderful connections and friends over the years. We have cherished each and every one of you and the generations of families that have come to delight in the some of the best fruit in the valley. While we are sad to see one chapter close, we are truly excited to see the next one opening up right in front of us!
We will be showcasing our jams at a lot of events, as time goes by so please check our calendar and come by for a tasting. Of course our jams are always available here: www.ericksonranch.com/store. We always look forward to seeing familiar faces at the events that we attend. Our customers are what have kept us moving forward.
We promise you this: You will not be disappointed in the flavor of our jams and we absolutely guarantee your taste-buds will agree. Our tradition is to pick the fruit at peak ripeness allowing us to use less sugar so that the taste of the fruit is full and forward. We often hear, “This jam tastes like the real fruit”.
That is what we strive for and that is the ultimate compliment. We are excited and pleased that we will be able to continue to bring our best to you in a jar. This new direction is exhilarating and we look forward to creating the best for our followers.
